I talked with one of the plumbers over the phone regarding my water heater, and he was very helpful in providing me with trouble shooting ideas. I was really impressed that he was trying to assist me, and not trying to sell me a water heater. His actions demonstrated a strong degree of ethics, and you can’t put a price tag on that. It’s the right way to do business.
