Steve came out for a service call on my disposal within an hour of me calling. My roommate had clogged it up pretty bad. However, by the time Steve arrived, the clog had worked itself out somehow. He drove a half hour to get here and ended up not charging me for a service call. Fair and honest people, and I would definitely use them if this issue happens again!
