Water bill was ridiculously high. Called the water company to discuss it. They recommended a leak detection company. As it was, the gentleman located a leak under the slab in our family room. Not what I wanted to hear. I’ve used Ridgeway Mechanical in the past for other projects. So. Called Ridgeway Mechanical again to see if Salvador could come out and give an estimate. Made an appointment. Salvador showed up at the exact time, confirmed the problem and gave an estimate. We called back to set up the repair. Ridgeway, sets up the repair for a Saturday @ 8:00. Salvador shows up at 7:59am on the dot, does the work and heads off to do the next job. 2 hours later…. Done. Clean job. This guy knows his stuff. Ridgeway is blessed to have him and I’m blessed to know Ridgeway.
Keith has been to our house now multiple times to fix various different issues (old house). Fair priced, fast, and awesome service. I won’t call anyone else for help with a plumbing issue than Ridgeway now.

Salvador came out today, Christmas Eve, and solved my water main leak. He was very personable in addition to being a consummate professional. It was a relief knowing we’d have water despite it being a major holiday. Would recommend to anyone in need of water main repairs.
Very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They fixed our showers which had very poor water pressure. What a relief! I highly recommend them and will call them if we ever have anymore plumbing issues.

I called Ridgeway this morning because of a problem with a toilet not properly flushing. The technician spent 10-15 minutes walking me through proper plunger technique. He worked with me on the phone and tried a few things. Just as we were about to give up and schedule a service visit, the clog cleared. I cannot thank him enough. He would not accept payment for the help. This is true outstanding service. Thank you!

I have family in Atlanta, was complaining about my plumbing issues to them only the hear THEY has a good experience. Too bad I don't live closer to use their plummer. My older relatives (not computer wise) asked me to write a review as they were happy and after they heard my story thought it was worth saying-- Ridgeway is the real deal - dependable and reasonable they felt. They have done a good job at a reasonable price for my Aunt and Uncle.

Recently moved to Atlanta, we found our tankless hot water heater was in desperate need of replacement. Through HomeAdvisor, we were synced with Ridgeway Plumbing and our brilliant professional Brian. Diagnosing our issue remotely, same day, he came over for a walk-through of the project. Before leaving, he shared a quote we couldn't say no to, followed by the next day, within 2 hours, replaced our tankless hot water heater and we were up and running. Not only did he complete a phenomenal job, he was diligent and took care of our home. We'd strongly recommend Ridgeway and Brian for your plumbing needs!

Finally.I have a great plumber I can trust. Ridgeway replaced my cast iron pipes in January at the best price and just came to repair a toilet at my rental house. The renter said “ Bryan was “fantastic….prompt, thorough, fast, courteous and wore a mask” plus you can reach Melanie IN PERSON for scheduling. I will be recommending them to everyone. Our water shut off in the middle of the day, out of no where. We called Ridgeway Plumbing and Salvador came out immediately to access the problem. At first glance, he knew what the issue was. He glanced at our water tanks (brand new) and then the water system. Advised my husband to turn off the water system. As soon as my husband turned off the water system, the water started working again!!! Thank you for the quick response and great customer service. First on the list if we ever have another plumbing problem.
Actually, thanks to Ridgeway for their FREE inspection, because I found out that it is a roof leak problem and not a plumbing problem that was causing the leak under my bathroom sink. The plumber, Brian was polite and explained what the issue might be that caused, what had appeared to be a leak.
Garbage disposal wasn't working. Called Ridgeway at 12:45, and they came within the hour. AMAZING! Thanks so much!!! Very happy customer!

very skilled and knowledgeable, well determined to find the clogged drain, did not give up until the clog was located, repaired and every thing back in working order. I discovered a leak in my front yard and realized the line from the meter was leaking. I got on Angi and within seconds of requesting a quote, Ridgeway Plumbing was calling me and they had Salvador out within the hour on a Sunday. Salvador did a wonderful job of locating the leak and the copper that runs into the house. He replaced the entire water line and I had running water again. I would highly recommend this company and Salvador based on my initial interaction with them.

When our water line broke I called Ridgeway Atlanta and they were able to fix the problem in no time. There aren’t many plumbers in our area that can handle water lines. We will be hiring this company again in the future.
I had a hot water slab leak. Called Ridgeway and they sent out Sal and his apprentice. Absolute professionals protected my flooring and belongings which is no small thing since they needed to jackhammer through a concrete slab to make the repair. Sal missed on the first shot but nailed it on the second. The leak was actually under my tile floor but Sal tunnels under to get to the leak so to not destroy my floor. Top self !
While visiting my son's home, found he was in serious need of a plumber and had no idea who to call. Called them and received prompt, courteous, same day service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Will be calling them for all our plumbing needs in Atlanta.

We have used Ridgeway for 15 years for a variety of plumbing (plumbing for new house addition, replacement of water service line, replacement of decaying cast iron sewer line, shower repair, etc...) and have always been extremely pleased with their responsiveness, their professionalism, and the quality of their work and their fair prices. I never use anyone else.

I had a faulty pressure regulator, and they came by quickly and fixed it. Their technicians were pleasant, did got work, and their services were reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again.
I called Ridgeway Mechanical expecting somebody to come out and survey the job. They sent Keith Guy who listened to me while I tell him that another plumber expected me to hire a tile contractor to remove sufficient tiles so the plumber could get his hands on the faucets and pipes inside the wall, and the tile man would return to rebuild the wall afterward. Keith removed the faucets for inspection and said, why don't we rebuild them with new washers. So we did, and I saved over $600 on the tile company. He was patient and courteous and quite skilled.
