I called Ridgeway Mechanical expecting somebody to come out and survey the job. They sent Keith Guy who listened to me while I tell him that another plumber expected me to hire a tile contractor to remove sufficient tiles so the plumber could get his hands on the faucets and pipes inside the wall, and the tile man would return to rebuild the wall afterward. Keith removed the faucets for inspection and said, why don’t we rebuild them with new washers. So we did, and I saved over $600 on the tile company. He was patient and courteous and quite skilled.
